Introduction

This Member Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ICONIC JODI ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us") and the registered member ("Member", "User", "You").

By registering, creating a profile, purchasing membership, accessing, or using any service of ICONIC JODI, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You are legally eligible to marry under the laws applicable to you.
• You have attained the minimum legal age required for marriage.
• You are using the platform solely for genuine matrimonial purposes.
• All information submitted by you is true, accurate, and complete.

2. Member Declarations

You expressly declare that:

• Your name, age, education, occupation, marital status, and personal details are accurate.
• You are not creating a fake, misleading, or fraudulent profile.
• You are not impersonating any other individual.
• You have the legal authority to submit all information and photographs uploaded by you.

Any false declaration may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

3. Profile Responsibility

The Member shall be solely responsible for:

• Information provided in the profile.
• Profile photographs.
• Communication with other members.
• Verification of prospective matches.
• Personal decisions arising from interactions on the platform.

ICONIC JODI shall not be responsible for inaccuracies in user-submitted information.

4. Matchmaking Services

ICONIC JODI provides matrimonial introduction and matchmaking assistance services only.

The Member acknowledges that:

• No guarantee of marriage is provided.
• No guarantee of engagement is provided.
• No guarantee of relationship success is provided.
• No guarantee of compatibility is provided.

Match suggestions are generated based on available information and preferences.

5. Member Conduct

Members agree not to:

• Harass other users.
• Send abusive messages.
• Use obscene or offensive language.
• Demand money from other users.
• Promote businesses or unrelated services.
• Upload inappropriate content.
• Violate any law or regulation.

Violation may lead to immediate suspension without refund.

6. Chat and Call Facilities

Members using chat and call facilities agree that:

• Communications shall remain respectful and lawful.
• Misuse of communication features is prohibited.
• Threatening, intimidating, or fraudulent conduct is strictly prohibited.
• ICONIC JODI may investigate complaints regarding misuse.

7. Safety Responsibility

Members understand and agree that:

• Background verification remains their personal responsibility.
• Meetings with other members occur entirely at their own risk.
• Financial transactions with other members should be approached cautiously.
• Personal investigations should be conducted before making marriage decisions.

9. Non-Refundable Membership

The Member acknowledges and agrees that:

• All membership payments are final.
• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• No refund shall be provided due to dissatisfaction, inactivity, lack of matches, or personal reasons.

10. Account Suspension

ICONIC JODI may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• False information is provided.
• Fraudulent conduct is detected.
• Terms and policies are violated.
• Complaints indicate misconduct.

Such suspension may occur without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, software, branding, logos, graphics, and materials remain the exclusive property of ICONIC JODI.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

ICONIC JODI shall not be liable for:

• Marriage outcomes.
• Failed relationships.
• User disputes.
• Financial losses.
• Emotional distress.
• Misrepresentation by members.
• Decisions taken based on profile information.

The Member accepts all associated risks.

13. Indemnity

The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ICONIC JODI, its owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, costs, liabilities, or legal proceedings arising from misuse of the platform.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.

15. Acceptance

By registering, purchasing membership, accessing services, or clicking "I Agree", the Member confirms that:

• They have read this Agreement.
• They understand this Agreement.
• They voluntarily agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
